These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to use of the CS7 website and, where applicable, the general provision of cleaning and related services by Cleaning Service 7Days Ltd. By using our website, requesting services, accepting a quotation, booking a service, or otherwise engaging CS7, you agree to these Terms together with any written quotation, work order, service agreement, or other terms specifically provided for your project.

Services
CS7 provides cleaning and related services that may include residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, post-construction cleaning, floor care, window and gutter cleaning, lawn cleaning, water and fire restoration support, rebuilding-related cleaning, mold remediation/cleaning, bed bug cleaning, and other services offered by CS7 from time to time. The exact scope of each job is determined by the applicable quotation, work order, or written agreement.

Quotes and Scope
Quotes and estimates are based on information available to CS7 at the time of quoting. Additional charges may apply where actual site conditions, requested work, access requirements, contamination, damage, excessive buildup, construction debris, hazardous conditions, or additional customer requests materially differ from the information used to prepare the quote. Any material change in scope should be confirmed with the customer where reasonably practicable.

Scheduling and Access
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time, including keys, codes, parking/access instructions, and other information necessary to perform the service. Delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers should remove or identify valuables, fragile items, personal documents, medications, cash, and other items requiring special handling before service. Customers must inform CS7 about known hazards, unsafe conditions, pets, restricted areas, water damage, mold concerns, pests, or other conditions that may affect the work or worker safety.

Safety and Right to Stop Work
CS7 may refuse, postpone, limit, or stop work where conditions are unsafe, illegal, inaccessible, or outside the agreed scope.
